The rotary rack oven is designed to meet high-volume production demands. It utilizes hot-air circulation to evenly distribute heat to every side of the product, with adjustable airflow speeds—low or high—to control the desired baking results.
It can bake bread, cakes, and other products using gas or diesel heating, and comes equipped with a steam function that allows users to set baking times and reminders. The oven features excellent body sealing for optimal heat retention.
An optional steam system can be added as needed, making it ideal for baking croissants, French bread, and other products that require steam during the baking process.

HC-104 Rotary Rack Oven

The rotary rack oven is designed for mass production, using hot-air circulation to evenly distribute heat to every side of the product. Airflow speed can be adjusted for precise baking control. Suitable for baking bread and cakes using gas or diesel heating, the oven also includes a steam function with adjustable baking time and reminder. It offers excellent sealing performance for stable heat retention. Optional steam configuration is available—ideal for baking croissants, French bread, and other steam-dependent products.
