CF-103 Rotary Rack Oven
The CF-103 rotary rack oven is designed for large-scale production, using hot-air circulation to evenly transfer heat to every side of the product. The airflow speed—low or high—can be freely adjusted to achieve the desired baking results. Suitable for baking bread and cakes, it supports both gas and diesel heating and comes equipped with a built-in steam function for setting baking time and reminders. The oven’s excellent sealing ensures stable temperature and even heat retention. An optional steam system can be added according to production needs, making it ideal for baking croissants, French bread, and other bakery products that require steam during the baking process.
