CF-102 Rotary Rack Oven
The CF-102 rotary rack oven is designed for mass production, using hot-air circulation to evenly transfer heat to every side of the product. The airflow speed can be freely adjusted to achieve the desired baking result. Suitable for baking bread and cakes, it supports both gas and diesel heating, and includes a built-in steam function with adjustable baking time and reminder. The oven features excellent body sealing for stable temperature performance. An optional steam system can be added as needed — ideal for baking croissants, French bread, and other products that require steam.
