CF-60RO Rotary Rack Oven
The CF-60RO rotary rack oven is designed for high-volume production, using hot-air circulation to distribute heat evenly to every side of the product. Airflow speed—low or high—can be freely adjusted to control baking performance. Suitable for baking bread and cakes, powered by either gas or diesel, and equipped with a built-in steam function that allows users to set baking time and reminders. The oven features excellent body sealing for stable heat and consistent results. An optional steam system can be installed according to production needs, ideal for croissants, French bread, and other products that require steam during the baking process.
