The CF-60RO rotary rack oven is built for high-volume production. It uses hot-air circulation to deliver even heat to every side of the product, with adjustable airflow—low or high—to fine-tune baking results.
It is suitable for baking bread and cakes, powered by either gas or diesel, and includes a built-in steam function with programmable baking time and reminder. The oven features excellent sealing for stable temperatures and efficient heat retention.
An optional steam system can be added as needed, making it ideal for croissants, French bread, and other bakery items that require steam during the bake.

CF-120RO Rotary Rack Oven

The CF-120RO rotary rack oven is designed for high-volume production, using hot-air circulation to distribute heat evenly to every side of the product. Airflow speed—low or high—can be freely adjusted to control baking results. It is suitable for baking bread and cakes, powered by either gas or diesel, and equipped with a built-in steam function that allows users to set baking time and reminders. The oven provides excellent body sealing for stable temperature control and efficient heat retention. An optional steam system can be installed according to production needs, making it ideal for baking croissants, French bread, and other products that require steam during the baking process.
